HELPING PEOPLE GET BACK TO WORK

At Employers' Training Resource, we know that losing one's job through a company downsizing or re-entering the workforce after a substantial amount of time can be difficult to manage.

Unless one has a complete office at home, it becomes quite challenging to coordinate a successful job search when one becomes unemployed.

Employers’ Training Resource is committed to helping people get back into the workforce, and we have developed a specialized unit, the Back-to-Work Center, to make it easier for people to get back to work .

Back to Work Center

Our Back to Work Center offers classroom instruction on interview skills, revising your resume, and how to develop a plan of action to land a new job.

Customers also have access to telephones, fax machines, copiers, printers, typewriters, the internet, current job openings, job hotline numbers, and experienced and professional employment consultants.

We also offer support to our customers in the form of travel expenses, gas vouchers, child care, and assistance with the many other unexpected expenses during these difficult times.

Our Back to Work Center enables individuals to have access to the resources they need in order to make it easier to get back to work, and all of our services at this unit are provided at no-cost for individuals that are re-entering the workforce or have lost their job due to a company downsizing.
