Align our services to serve targeted business clusters, and assigned staff to handle the hiring needs of those specific industries

Participate in marketing presentations with other outside companies seeking to promote Kern County as a relocation site for their businesses, thus bringing more jobs to our area

Assign agency representatives to serve as liaisons to other local business organizations and chambers to promote a healthy business climate

Revise and adjust services to meet the needs identified by our ever-changing economy
