Request for Proposals for Kern County Workforce Investment Act Programs

Separate proposals will be accepted for separate programs for In-School Youth, Out-of-School Youth, Migrant and Seasonal Farmworkers (MSFW); or for combined programs to serve Adults, Dislocated Workers, Youth and Migrant and Seasonal Farmworkers. Proposers may apply for any number of these funding streams. ETR in its discretion may choose to combine programs submitted under separate proposals into single contracts. Emphasis will be placed on industries that are targeted for growth in Kern County.
